Can I get in touch even with a question that’s still vague?

Yes. Often the starting point is simply the observation that transformation, collaboration or leadership aren’t working as expected. In the intro call, we structure the context and work out which starting point will carry the project.

In most cases, with the Pulse Check: a compact, anonymous survey that leads to the Gap Map within two weeks. Only after that do we jointly decide on format and scope.
